About the Role
We are looking for a senior Vietnamese wedding photographer specializing in Korean-style (K-Wedding) photography to lead our wedding photo production in Vietnam. You will be responsible for end-to-end wedding shoots — studio, outdoor/location, and wedding-day coverage — delivered to the standard of leading Korean wedding studios, for Korean, Vietnamese, and international clients.
- Plan and lead K-Wedding style shoots: studio sets, outdoor/location sessions, pre-wedding (리허설/본식) and wedding-day coverage.
- Direct posing, lighting, and styling in line with current Korean wedding photography trends.
- Own the full production pipeline: shot planning, shooting, selection (셀수정 안내), and coordination with retouching/editing teams.
- Maintain consistent studio quality standards; mentor and train junior photographers and assistants.
- Travel for destination shoots within Vietnam and abroad as scheduled.
- Contribute to sample albums, marketing content, and client consultations.
Requirements (Must-have)
- Vietnamese national with a minimum of 5 years of professional wedding photography experience, with a clear focus on Korean-style (K-Wedding) concept photography.
- Advanced (business-level or higher) proficiency in English or Korean.
- Demonstrable industry recognition — e.g., career at reputable wedding studios (Korean-style studios in Vietnam or Korea), awards, magazine/media features, brand collaborations, or a strong verifiable client record. Applicants must be able to evidence their standing in the industry.
- Expert command of professional camera systems, studio and location lighting, and Adobe Lightroom/Photoshop workflows.
- Cover letter (self-introduction) and portfolio submission is mandatory — applications without both will not be reviewed.
- Willingness to travel for shoots across Vietnam and abroad, including weekends and peak wedding season.
Preferred Qualifications
- Head/chief photographer experience at a Korean wedding studio or a Korean-style studio serving Korean clients.
- Videography / cinematic highlight film capability.
- Experience serving Korean clients or managing bilingual client relationships.
- TOPIK certificate or formal Korean language training.

- Salary: Monthly gross base salary of VND 25 – 35 million (≈ USD 1,000 – 1,400), plus per-shoot/booking incentives; total package negotiable according to experience, portfolio quality, and industry standing.
- Market basis: Salary benchmark: general photographers in Vietnam commonly earn VND 10–15 million/month; established wedding photographers earn around VND 20 million/month in peak months, and experienced professionals billing 1–2 million VND/day can reach roughly VND 30 million/month, while top studio names earn far more.
