About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Vietnamese Korean-language instructor with native-equivalent Korean proficiency to be based full-time at our offices in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. The instructor will design and deliver a structured Korean language curriculum for our staff, covering all proficiency levels from absolute beginner to advanced, and will support the company’s Korea-facing business communication needs.
- Deliver in-person Korean language classes at our Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City offices (regular commuting/rotation between the two offices as scheduled).
- Design level-based curricula, syllabi, teaching materials, and assessments for beginner, intermediate, and advanced learners.
- Run placement tests and regular progress evaluations; report learning outcomes to management.
- Coach staff for TOPIK examinations and for practical business-Korean situations (meetings, e-mail, presentations).
- Provide occasional language support for Korea-related business communication where appropriate.
Requirements (Must-have)
- Vietnamese national with a minimum of 5 years of professional Korean language teaching experience.
- Proven experience teaching all levels, from beginner through advanced learners.
- TOPIK Level 6 required; native-equivalent Korean fluency strongly preferred.
- Ability to work on-site at both our Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City offices as scheduled.
- Cover letter (self-introduction) and teaching portfolio submission is mandatory — applications without both will not be reviewed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Korean language / Korean studies / Korean language education, or Korean Language Teacher Certification under the National Institute of Korean Language framework.
- Study, work, or residence experience in Korea.
- Experience developing corporate (in-house) language programs or preparing learners for TOPIK and EPS-TOPIK.
- Working proficiency in English.

- Salary: Monthly gross salary of VND 20 – 30 million (≈ USD 800 – 1,200), negotiable according to experience and qualifications.
- Market basis: Salary benchmark: Vietnamese Korean-language teachers earn on average VND 11.4 million/month nationwide (commonly VND 8–15 million); university lecturers and senior instructors earn VND 15 million+ and experienced professionals can reach several tens of millions of VND. Our range is positioned in the top tier of the local market for a senior instructor with TOPIK 6 and 5+ years’ experience covering two offices.
