Job Summary
- Drive the recruitment of Healthcare Business in meeting business and organizational needs;
- Lead and manage a team of recruiters to ensure effective execution of hiring plans, performance management, and capability development;
- Support the Director, Talent Acquisition (TA) in the planning and implementation of country talent acquisition strategies and activities, while fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture
