Sales Support:
- Support Business Line Manager in executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations for customers/clients.
Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities in the rubber/ plastic industry.
- Analyze customer feedback and market data to recommend product improvements and new offerings.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and logistics, to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with customer, client and operation team to manage inventory levels and product availability.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback for management review.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all activities align with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards in chemical distribution.
