Job Responsibilities

• Lead the generative AI development project, responsible for project planning, progress management, and quality control of deliverables
• Perform basic and detailed design for AI and machine learning projects, providing technical leadership
• Provide technical guidance and training to team members, managing motivation to achieve high performance
• Utilize cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure for server-side design and development
• Understand business goals and provide technical solutions to contribute to business success
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project progression

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in AI development with a track record of successful project completion
• Experience in team management with demonstrated leadership skills
• Experience in basic and detailed design with high technical proficiency
• 5+ years of experience as an engineer with extensive knowledge and skills
• Deep understanding of server-side design and development (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.)
• High proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking) and the ability to work on international projects
• Strong business acumen and the ability to contribute to business success from a technical perspective

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience leading Generative AI projects
• Experience leading large-scale AI projects
• Expertise in data science and machine learning
• Advanced programming skills (Python, Java, C++, etc.)
• Experience in startup companies
