Job Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customer in test requirement collection, consulting, progress reporting and trouble solving.
  • Transform customer’s test requirements into logical, economical and practical system designs. 
  • Analyze and design Test Plan and main workflow for the project. 
  • Prepare detailed specifications from which complete sets of test design will be written. 
  • Perform the role of Quality Control of Product.
  • Make test plan and detailed schedule for team’s quality control.
  • Monitor and ensure actual progress meeting the project plan.
  • Lead in orienting and coaching new technology, business knowledge for growing up subordinates’ testing skill and performance.
  • Support project manager to manage project progress, quality.
  • Report to PM and Line Manager.

Job Requirements

  • At least 3+ years’ experience in Software Development Life Cycle, especially product’s quality control and automation testing in agile testing model. 
  • Strong problem-solving skill, with a logical, analytical and approach to work.
  • Good Communication skills and experience in working in project team from multi-countries
  • Able to build team work spirit and always continuous motivating subordinates.
  • Fluent in English language
