Your role & responsibilities

Communicate with customer in test requirement collection, consulting, progress reporting and trouble solving.
Transform customer’s test requirements into logical, economical and practical system designs.
Analyze and design Test Plan and main workflow for the project.
Prepare detailed specifications from which complete sets of test design will be written.
Perform the role of Quality Control of Product.
Make test plan and detailed schedule for team’s quality control.
Monitor and ensure actual progress meeting the project plan.
Lead in orienting and coaching new technology, business knowledge for growing up subordinates’ testing skill and performance.
Support project manager to manage project progress, quality.
Report to PM and Line Manager.

Your skills & qualifications

At least 3+ years’ experience in Software Development Life Cycle, especially product’s quality control and automation testing in agile testing model.
Strong problem-solving skill, with a logical, analytical and approach to work.
Good Communication skills and experience in working in project team from multi-countries
Able to build team work spirit and always continuous motivating subordinates.
Fluent in English language
