1. Talent Acquisition (Core Priority)
- Own end-to-end TA strategy — the top priority. Personally lead executive search and strategic hires.
- Build quarterly/annual hiring plans aligned with business growth and workforce planning.
- Establish and optimize TA KPIs: time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, first-year retention, quality of hire.
- Diversify sourcing channels (LinkedIn, referrals, executive search, universities, communities); build proactive pipelines for critical roles.
- Build a strong Employer Brand on digital platforms; design a consistent candidate experience end-to-end.
- Operate the ATS; leverage AI and automation across the recruitment lifecycle.
- Train hiring managers in competency-based interviewing; ensure fair, transparent TA compliant with Vietnamese labor law.
2. HR Strategy & Organizational Development
- Build HR strategies, objectives, and action plans aligned with business strategy; plan and control the HRM budget.
- Advise leadership on organizational structure, job title systems, headcount planning, and job design.
- Implement training, talent development, and succession planning programs for middle management and above.
- Champion an AI-adoption culture company-wide — integrate AI into training programs and daily workflows.
- Manage and develop the HR team, with particular focus on the recruiting team.
3. Retention, Engagement, C&B & Performance (Core Priority)
- Own the talent retention strategy — co-priority with talent acquisition. Establish and monitor retention metrics: turnover rate, retention by team/level, exit reasons, and high-performer retention rate.
- Run regular engagement and satisfaction surveys; conduct stay interviews with key employees; build concrete action plans from survey results.
- Design and implement recognition & rewards programs, employee experience initiatives, and a strong company culture.
- Advise and execute competitive, fair, and compliant C&B policies; benchmark the market to ensure competitiveness in both attraction and retention.
- Own the performance management system (KPI/OKR): review cycles, calibration, feedback, and PIP when needed — tied to development and promotion mechanisms.
4. Administration & Compliance
- Oversee company administrative operations; supervise approved budgets and general expenses.
- Ensure compliance with Vietnamese Labor Law, Social Insurance, and internal policies; support other departments in events and related tasks.
