ABOUT THE ROLE

By joining AWING, you will be part of a pioneering AdTech product with strong, distinctive sharing economy model and clear global ambition.

In this role, you will drive AWING’s growth by building well-aligned talent pipelines across Vietnam and global markets (Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Japan). This is also an opportunity to expand beyond recruitment and gradually move toward a more strategic HRBP or TA leadership career path.

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for senior and niche positions, with a strong focus on headhunting and market mapping.
  • Build and maintain a strategic talent pipeline for critical business roles.
  • Partner closely with leadership teams to define hiring strategies aligned with company growth.
  • Lead market research, competitor analysis, and candidate intelligence gathering.
  • Elevate recruitment standards by applying structured methodologies instead of relying only on personal networks.

Kỹ năng & trình độ của bạn
  • 5+ years experiences in handling end-to-end recruitment, especially for senior or hard-to-fill roles (3+ years experiences in AdTech/ Media/ MarTech/ MKT Agency... Domain).
  • Proven hunting skills with hands-on experience in mapping talent across industries.
  • Strong research and market analysis abilities to identify and attract top talent.
  • Prior experience in the media/tech/Adtech industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Ability to mentor and guide a small TA team in scaling hiring capabilities.
  • Proficient in English for professional communication (Equivalent to 6.5 Ielts - Speaking is a plus).
