Your role & responsibilities
  • Research about the operation of Die Casting Machine, Trimming, and Shot Blast.
  • Write down work instructions for the operator and other documents involved in production.
  • Troubleshooting issues when problems with machines occur.
  • Support to repair Die, support to CNC programming if any.
  • Analyze production data, submit a plan to improve, and report to the Manager.
  • Research and improve the process, develop process and product.
  • Design mold, analyze mold by 3D design software ( Unigraphics NX is advanced)
  • PLC programming, robots

  • Graduated from majors in mechanics, automobiles, electricity, automation....
  • English communication
