Responsibilities
- Research about the operation of Die Casting Machine, Trimming, and Shot Blast.
- Write down work instructions for the operator and other documents involved in production.
- Troubleshooting issues when problems with machines occur.
- Support to repair Die, support to CNC programming if any.
- Analyze production data, submit a plan to improve, and report to the Manager.
- Research and improve the process, develop process and product.
- Design mold, analyze mold by 3D design software ( Unigraphics NX is advanced)
- PLC programming, robots
Requirements
- Graduated from majors in mechanics, automobiles, electricity, automation....
- English communication
