Mid/ Senior Technical Writer

• Understand all areas of health services provided, in order to translate complex data and information into engaging and thoughtful content for relevant, multiple audiences
• Copy-edit, proofread documentation from engineering and operation teams
• Develop, from scratch, several best practices related to improving the company’s documentation culture
• Define standards and guidelines to help everyone become a better communicator
• Collaborate across engineering and operation teams to manage projects related to technical documentation
• Provide direction and lead content strategy to build relevant content for go to market plans that create engagement with our community
• Build and maintain comprehensive library of content, including technical documentation

• A business/marketing degree, or relevant work experience
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - Please submit portfolio samples of your previous work
• Experience producing engaging content for different media platforms including websites, mobile sites, social media and online forums
• An ability to evaluate and analyse complex information

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience working in technology startups or healthcare companies
• Experience with writing in a B2C setting
• Experience with HTML, XML, CSS, structured programming language source code such as Node.js (preferred), Java, Go, etc
