Cybozu is a leading provider of kintone, a no-code enterprise application platform for teams. Our platform enables organizations to easily build and customize business applications without the need for extensive coding knowledge. 

Your role & responsibilities

  • Providing solution consulting to customers on how to effectively use the company's platform to meet their business needs 
  • Analyzing customer requirements, designing application solutions, development plan and maintenance activities 
  • Developing web applications, client tools, and mobile apps using the company's platform 
  • Integrating the company's system with other cloud services such as AWS, Google Cloud Service, and Microsoft Azure 
  • Developing libraries and UI components in order to support for developer network.

Your skills & qualifications

1. Requirements:

  • Vanilla JavaScript Programming Experience: At least 3-5 years of in-depth experience with vanilla JavaScript, understanding and effectively applying both core and advanced principles of JavaScript in developing dynamic and highly interactive user interfaces
  • Version Control and Code Bundling:
    • Experience with Git and knowledge of code bundling tools such as Webpack, Rollup, etc. 
    • Ability to optimize and manage front-end resources to improve page load performance and execution time
  • DevOps and CI/CD: 
    • Knowledge and experience with DevOps processes, including automating deployment and continuous integration (CI/CD) using tools like GitHub Actions
    • Understanding of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is an advantage.
  • Code Quality: 
    • Ability to write clean, readable, and maintainable code adhering to SOLID principles
    • Experience with code review and refactoring to enhance code quality.
  • UI/UX Design: 
    • Knowledge and experience in designing attractive, user-friendly, and easy-to-use user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX)
    • Skills in working with UI/UX design tools like Figma, etc., are an advantage.
  • Performance and Security: Understanding and experience in optimizing web application performance and ensuring user interface security.
  • Teamwork and Communication: 
    • Ability to work independently and in a diverse team environment
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

2. Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with cloud services such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure
  • Experience with TDD (Test-Driven Development) and BDD (Behavior-Driven Development)
  • Proficiency in English for communication and collaboration with an international team
