We are looking for a Technical Support_Intern/Junior

In this role, you will work closely with other teams to help expand the business and develop our products' activation, conversion, retention, and expansion.

Your role & responsibilities
  • Support to install Data Streams's software or configure environments.
  • Training for customer about Product functions.
  • Receive customer's support requirements and find the way and handle them.
  • Website Design, development and maintenance of corporate homepages.
  • Development of UI Program for Web-based Software Products.
  • Development web portal systems linked to big data platforms.
  • Manage and grow a strong team of Web developers.
  • Support and deploy development server for DEV team.
  • Support and deploy test server for QA team.
  • Training server management for members.
  • Manage all devices.
  • Request device for members when having requirements.
  • Support to BD Team for researching Customer's technical request.

Your skills & qualifications

Required Skills

  • Basic knowledge of IT systems (Operating Systems, Networking, Databases)
  • Understanding of Web applications (Client–Server model, HTTP/HTTPS)
  • Ability to read logs and perform basic issue analysis
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and database operations
  • Familiarity with Linux/Unix command line is a plus
  • Good communication skills and ability to support end users
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to learn and proactive attitude at work

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Major in IT or related fields
  • Basic knowledge of Java or general understanding of Back-end applications
  • Understanding of system operation processes (deployment, monitoring is a plus)
  • Experience in internships or projects related to system operation or technical support
  • Familiarity with tools such as: Git, Docker (basic level), Log monitoring tools (ELK stack, Kibana, etc.)
  • Good teamwork and collaboration skills with Dev and QA teams

  • Hands-on experience in troubleshooting, debugging, or supporting users
  • High sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure
  • Self-motivated in learning and applying new technologies

 

Education Level: University

 

Working Time: Monday to Friday (08h30 – 17h30)
