• Work closely with HR team and hiring managers to ensure recruitment need achieved in line with the business planning of company.
• Ensure all procedures of the recruitment to be done in place.
• Be responsible for recruitment for staff level by placing adverts, researching CV in internet, contacting headhunters & universities to have a good source of manpower supply.
• Screen CV and carry out 1st interviews, make short list candidates and then arrange for interviews with head of department and director in charge.
• Conduct personality checks with previous employers before a job offer is made.
• Co-ordinate with IT department and Admin executive to prepare a seat and working facilities for new staff.
• Input fully & accurately data of newcomers in HR software and make records.
• Implement staff evaluation after probation period.
• Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
• Assist in ad hoc HR projects from time to time, including but not limited to the coordination of HR audits, employee engagement events and training activities.
• Bachelor of Law, Business administration, English, etc.
• Good understanding of current Labor Law.
• Good understanding of Labor Market related to company activities.
• From 3 years of experience in a similar position in a foreign company or JV.
• Having experience in Construction Industry is preferred.
• Good communication and negotiation skill.
• Good English and computer skills.
