Procurement management

• Assist in sourcing, negotiating, and contracting with suppliers/vendors
• Monitor supplier performance (quality, delivery, cost) and maintain relationships.
• Support cost-saving initiatives and procurement strategies.
• Communicating with vendors and suppliers regarding orders, delivery schedules, and potential issues

Fulfillment and logistics coordinator

• Oversee the entire order fulfillment process from order receipt to delivery
• Liaise between Business development team, Warehousing vendors and 3PL for fulfillment and last-mile delivery to ensure delivery on time.
• Resolve customers complaints regarding to ensure high OTIF (On-time-in-full performance

Demand planning

• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing teams and Regional Supply & Demand Manager to integrate relevant insights into demand planning
• Work closely with Regional Supply & Demand Manager on analyze past sales data and trends to create statistical forecasting model for future demand projections
• Communicate inventory status to manager and cross-functional teams to gather insights and ensure alignment on demand forecasts
• Maintain, review, and update records and reports related to demand planning activities

Inventory Control

• Monitor inventory levels across multiple warehouses and channels to prevent shortages/excess stock
• Implement inventory control measures FIFO/FEFO to manage stock rotation and minimize waste
• Maintain accurate ERP data (SKU codes, stock levels, lead times, etc.)

Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain organized, up-to-date logistics records, trackers, and reporting systems to support operational transparency
• Ensure all import/export, customs, and regulatory documents are properly prepared and submitted
• Other tasks assigned by line-manager

• Bachelor’s or College degree in Economics, Logistics, International Business, Commerce, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain or logistics, preferably in FMCG or retail distribution.
• Familiar with demand forecasting, statistical analysis, and data requirements for effective forecasting (experience with Power BI is a plus).
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• High integrity, service-oriented mindset, analytical thinking, and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
