Cadena is looking for an experienced and Social Media Manager to drive sales of our HRM product in Vietnam and the wider Southeast Asia region. In this role, you will leverage Cadena's unique service and product offerings and position Cadena as the vendor of choice within our target markets.

Your role & responsibilities
  • Work on developing compelling social media content that highlights Cadena’s expertise in HR technology and payroll compliance.
  • Manage and grow Cadena’s social media channels.
  • Interact with fans and followers, reply to queries promptly, and monitor customer feedback.
  • Form key relationships with influencers across social media platforms.
  • Set up a regular newsletter.
  • Support with other marketing initiatives (website, events etc.).

Your skills & qualifications

You have at least 3 years of online marketing management experience and have a degree in marketing communication, social media marketing, public relations or a related field.

  • Possess graphic design skills and knowledge of common design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools).
  • Basic video editing knowledge/experience.
  • Strong command of English language in speaking and writing.
  • Flexible and engaging writing style.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational, planning and problem-solving skills.
