Support the Service Manager in project implementation and daily operations for banking data processing BPO projects, ensuring smooth delivery, stable performance, and full compliance with SLAs

Your role & responsibilities

1. Project management

  • Support Service Manager in new project implementation
  • In charge of project daily operation, including: monitoring, importing, exporting and making required reports. Make sure the outputs are delivered as required in the SLAs
  • Join training sessions with customers to understand their banking services, focusing on payment processing, lockbox management, related processes and equipment, then transfer the knowledge to all staff through training
  • Create and maintain project specification/business rules to relevant staffs/operators
  • Analyze projects errors on daily basis in order to have quick actions to improve project quality

2. Others

  • Support Service Manager on daily tasks
  • Backup for Service Manager or other Service Assistants when needed
  • Make sure other tasks assigned by higher management are completed in good quality and delivered as committed
  • Escalate to higher management for anything that is beyond authority or poses risks to the projects

Your skills & qualifications
  • Candidates can apply for one of the two locations:
    • Ho Chi Minh City: Number of positions available: 1 (Afternoon shift)
    • Can Tho: Number of positions available: 2 (Night shift)
  • College degree.
  • English: Intermediate level.
  • At least 1 year of working experience as related position
  • Understanding of company business
  • Having experience in managing a medium size team (20-30 people) is an advantage
  • Having experience in banking service or financial documents is an advantage
