Your role & responsibilities

Product: Energy solutions, generator, ATS cabinet, synchronous cabinet, alternator,… 

  • Achieve sales targets in line with company and team objectives. 
  • Collaborate closely with product, sales, and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current clients while expanding the customer base. 
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and client engagement. 
  • Lead new product presentations, demonstrations, and solution kick-offs with clients. 
  • Develop and expand a strong professional network across the industry (end-users, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders). 
  • Represent the company at industry events, technical workshops, and client training sessions to strengthen brand awareness and pipeline growth. 
  • Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to travel as required for business development.

Your skills & qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in field sales, with a focus on B2B business development and new client acquisition, preferably in technical equipment, industrial projects, machinery, MEP, HVAC systems, generators, construction machinery, or premium automotive sales. 
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving new business growth.  
  • Strong self-starter with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. 
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with other departments. 
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer service skills. 
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and growth-driven, with a continuous improvement mindset.
