Listen and understand the customer needs in order to achieve the customer satisfaction with the adequate service
Provide advice and recommendations about our products & services to boost clinic sales
Respond to incoming emails and phone enquiries when required
Cold calling to arrange re-examination appointment with existing customers
Win new customers, as well as develop long-term relationships with existing ones to get the feedback and to offer promotions, new products & services etc…
Attend corporate health-checks at the company location in order to advice suitable services
Monitor own sales performance and meet or exceed targets
Develop detailed knowledge of company’s products
Provide daily/ weekly sales reports as required
Attend team meetings, trainings and sharing experiences to improve customer experience
Work collaboratively with Marketing team to develop attractive customer ideal
Other tasks required by the Line Manager.
Requirements
Good selling, communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time-management skills
