As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our hiring efforts. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Proactively sourcing potential candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook groups, and popular Vietnamese job posting sites.
• Managing the entire candidate lifecycle, keeping track of the recruitment process stages and ensuring a seamless experience for candidates.
• Regularly updating and maintaining our talent pool database to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
• Engaging with candidates, conducting follow-up communications, and providing updates on their application status.

Method: 100% Remote (all of our employees are from Hanoi, HCMC and we all work remotely)

Working hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM | Monday to Friday

• From 3-5  years of experience in recruitment, strong in sourcing and candidate management especially in high-level positions (Manager, C-level,...), headhunting base is a plus
• Familiarity with various job posting sites in Vietnam and globally, with a keen ability to adapt to new platforms.
• Good at English, capable of maintaining professional conversations with candidates on platforms such as LinkedIn.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Grok,...) to support recruitment activities
