POSITION PURPOSE
Handle with policy alterations and valuations requests assigned by Head of PS from time to time in order to meet the clients’ expectations and to enhance company service quality.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Bachelor’s degree
Relevant life insurance qualifications such as LOMA certificates
At least 1 years of customer services experience
Very good communication and problem-solving skills.
English: fluent
Proficient in Microsoft office and excel
Ability to learn all current company operating systems needs to perform the job.
Strong customer services focus, attention to quality, accuracy and detail.
CHALLENGES
Ensure assigned duties processed effectively and efficiently in order to achieve the PS team goal and to meet the set service standards.
Close coordinate with the CS team and well support sale force to get the best services.
Actively seek way to improve current process.
