About Company
Your role & responsibilities
- Monitor network and system 24x7x365
- Troubleshoot, analyze problems and isolate network events
- Follow the pre-defined check list to solve the issue/incident
- Cooperate with other members to escalate application/system problems to determine their origin; then apply the appropriate solutions.
- Create and maintain daily system status reports
- Other duties as assigned by IT Manager & Direct Manager
- Work on shift
Your skills & qualifications
Education:
- College /University Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
Technical skills and experience:
- Good understanding in TCP/IP model, Network (LAN, WAN), server hardware, operating system and applications
- Experience in Unix, Linux
Soft-skills:
- English: basic level
- Proactive, Responsible & Integrity
- Customer oriented
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
