Eventista is a fan engagement platform that helps businesses maximize event revenue from the community, with a diverse ecosystem of solutions: online voting platform, ticket distribution platform and merchandise platform, an interactive application between artists and fans. Eventista is currently a strategic partner of top-tier entertainment companies in Asia such as Glamanand Supermodel India, Sen Vang Entertainment, Uni Corp, TNA Entertainment,.... becoming an important platform to bring business efficiency outstanding for businesses in the entertainment industry.

 

OBJECTIVES:

Build Eventista’s image as a transparent, trustworthy, and user-centric platform for voting, ticketing, and merchandise distribution through creative communication activities and strong community engagement.

Your role & responsibilities

1. Brand Planning & Content Execution (40%)

  • Plan and execute B2C communication content for Eventista’s Voting, Ticketing, and Merchandise products.
  • Create, manage, and produce content tailored to each platform, including: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Threads, and fan communities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent, credible, and trustworthy messaging.

2. Community Communication & Engagement (40%)

  • Research and analyze music entertainment, beauty pageant, and fandom communities in the domestic market and across the region
  • Organize activities for communities & fandom, Build and maintain relationships, with:
    • Community administrators
    • Relevant fan pages and groups
  • Collect and manage community databases and communication channels to support B2C marketing campaigns.
  • Propose and implement user engagement activities to:
    • Increase Eventista’s brand awareness
    • Strengthen connections between artists/brands/events and fans.

3. Event & Activation Coordination (10%)

  • Coordinate and support the execution of marketing activities, activations, and events (both online and offline) in line with the marketing plan.
  • Participate in operating interactive activities such as:
    • Mini-games
    • Voting campaigns
    • Fan engagement activities
  • Ensure a positive, transparent, and trustworthy user experience throughout all campaigns.

4. Market Research & Reporting (10%)

  • Conduct B2C market research activities as requested by the Management Team.
  • Monitor and evaluate communication performance, including:
    • Brand awareness
    • User engagement
    • User feedback
  • Prepare and submit progress and performance reports for marketing campaigns on a periodic or ad-hoc basis.

Your skills & qualifications
  • Education: College or university students in: Journalism, Multimedia Communication, Foreign Languages or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position or working in student clubs in the same field.
  • Skills:
    • Strong content creation skills across digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and communication strategies.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in tools Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Capcut,...
  • Knowledge:
    • Basic understanding of digital marketing principles, including social media, content marketing, and online advertising.
    • Familiarity with market research methods and the ability to analyze consumer behavior and industry trends.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Time: 8:45 AM - 17:45 PM, Monday to Friday
  • Location: HCM (38/15B Nguyen Van Troi Street, Ward 15, Phu Nhuan District, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam)
  • Events on Saturdays & Sundays: If traveling for work, the company will cover 100% of travel and accommodation expenses.
