Your role & responsibilities

Understand the clients system support needs including errors, guiding to use system, data patching
Communicate with the technical team to resolve system issues
Manage timeline for error fixing
Maintain warm relationship with users

Your skills & qualifications

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in IT/Business or equivalent
Strong analytical thinking and attention to details
Fast learner, creative, team work, able to work under-pressure and self-motivated
Basic speaking and writing in English
Strong communication in Vietnamese
