- Lead full-cycle recruitment activities: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
- Proactively and strategically source top IT talent using various online platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, job boards, etc.)
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and effective recruitment strategies
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience and smooth integration for new hires
- Promote the company’s employer brand through social media, recruitment campaigns, and university/industry partnerships
- Represent the company at career fairs and external hiring events to expand the talent pipeline
2. Employee Relations & Culture
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries
- Address employee concerns and mediate conflicts professionally and confidentially
- Promote and maintain a positive, inclusive, and engaging work culture
3. Performance Management
- Support the implementation of performance review processes
- Guide managers and employees on goal-setting, feedback, and appraisal practices
- Ensure performance systems align with company objectives
4. HR Policy & Compliance
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws
- Communicate policy changes clearly and effectively across teams
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
5. Employee Engagement & Retention
- Plan and execute engagement activities, team events, and internal communications
- Recommend initiatives that strengthen morale, collaboration, and retention
