The primary focus of this role is to deliver a highly satisfactory employee and workplace experience by seamlessly executing all HR Operations and Services across the full lifecycle and managing essential office administration functions.

Your role & responsibilities
Own and execute end-to-end HR Operations and Services Delivery, ensuring compliance with labor law and strategic alignment with niche industry requirements.
Assist the Talent Acquisition (TA) team with the pre-boarding and onboarding process, focusing on documentation and administrative setup for new hires.
Manage office administration (post, stationary, safety procedures), provide essential IT setup for new hires, and coordinate with IT vendors for equipment maintenance.
Oversee contract management, ensuring the timely and accurate execution of all labor contracts, internship agreements, probation reviews, and contract renewals.
Maintain 100% accurate staff data, including personnel files, systems records, and verifying attendance/leave.
Check and verify employee attendance and leave records, and assist finance to make salary payments.
Administer all Social, Health, and Accident Insurance claims. Ensure accurate statutory closure of Social Insurance Books for departing employees.
Assist the HRBP with the off-boarding process, ensuring leavers are properly guided and all required actions from related parties are executed promptly, in line with the business’ requirements and labor laws.
Prepare and deliver accurate, timely HR-related reports to all relevant internal and external stakeholders.
Execute all employee business travel booking requests and ensure seamless logistical coordination.
Support Trade Union initiatives and actively participate in key HR projects to enable the effectiveness of the HR Business Partner team.

Your skills & qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, or a similar function.
Proficiency in basic IT setup/troubleshooting for office devices.
Knowledge of Vietnam labor laws and HR best practices to effectively mitigate risk and proactively support business’s goals.
Basic design skills eg canva… and utilizing design tools.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Customer service mindset and high degree of adaptability.
