Coordinate with managers and leaders to understand recruitment needs and job requirements
Manage the posting job issues in recruitment channels.
Process internal interview procedure: Screen CV, schedule interviews, and coordinate with manager & leaders of all department to interview and select candidates.
Directly join interview with candidates, perform onboarding activities
Maintain and update candidate records in the company system
Responsible for the employer branding activities through maintaining the relationship with universities and managing the social channels of company.
Responsible for weekly – monthly – quarterly – yearly recruitment reports as requirement
Other
Report about human resources when required
Other HR – Admin task assigned by supervisors

Your skills & qualifications
Major: Bachelor in Economics, Finance – Banking, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, English, Chinese or related majors…
At least 1 year experience in HR & Admin
A strong desire to work in HR & Admin.
Teamwork skill, hardworking, careful and willing to learn.
Foreign language: 750+ TOEIC (other certificate equivalents 700+ TOEIC) or HSK/ TOCFL level 4+; and can use it fluently (4 skills) in work.
Can use office equipment, good at using Microsoft Office.
