We’re expanding our Vietnam team and looking for a Human Resource Manager who plays a vital role in attracting and retaining top talent, ensuring a high-performing workplace where people feel valued, connected, and inspired to grow.

Your role & responsibilities

1. HR Strategy & Oversight

  • Oversee HR operations, policies, and compliance, ensuring alignment with Vietnam labor laws.
  • Partner with leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
  • Work closely with the Recruitment team to ensure a smooth hiring and onboarding experience.
  • Support performance management processes and advise managers on employee relations.

2. Employee Engagement & Culture Development

  • Design and execute internal engagement initiatives that strengthen culture, collaboration, and belonging.
  • Develop recognition and feedback programs that celebrate contributions and reinforce company values.
  • Analyze engagement metrics and feedback to identify actionable improvement opportunities.

3. Talent Development & Retention

  • Identify learning needs and develop training and development plans.
  • Help establish career development frameworks that support individual growth and retention.
  • Oversee the company’s professional development budget and ensure effective utilization.

Your skills & qualifications
  • Proficiency in English is required (equivalent to IELTS 6.5+ or TOEIC 800+)
  • Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • From 2 years of working experience in HR / Administration / Human Operations or other related roles.
  • High emotional intelligence with a people-first mindset and clear communication style.
  • Trustworthy and aligned with leadership, with strong confidentiality and integrity.
  • Capable of using data and insights to support decisions and improve HR practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and networking skills.

Working Hours & Probation:

  • Probation Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 5 days/week (on-site).
  • Official Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 6 days/week (on-site).
  • Probation Period: Up to 2 months, during which both sides assess fit.
