We’re expanding our Vietnam team and looking for a Sales Specialist whose performance directly drives real business impact. You’ll have the opportunity to build global client relationships, shape how brands grow online, and advance quickly in a team that values ownership and results.

Your role & responsibilities

1. Client Acquisition & Sales Growth

  • Identify, approach, and qualify prospective clients to provide Amazon or eCommerce management and growth services.
  • Present and pitch our service offerings clearly to brand representatives, highlighting value, outcomes, and ROI.
  • Negotiate service scope, pricing, and timelines to successfully close deals.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue and conversion targets.

2. Relationship & Pipeline Management

  • Maintain accurate and updated sales pipelines, proposals, and client communication records.
  • Coordinate closely with the operations team to ensure a seamless handover and client onboarding process.
  • Actively participate in networking, industry events, and business meetings to generate leads and expand the sales pipeline.

3. Market Knowledge & Continuous Learning

  • Stay informed about Amazon and eCommerce trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices.
  • Actively share feedback with internal teams to improve service offerings and client experience.

Your skills & qualifications
  • Proficiency in English (equivalent to at least IELTS 6.5+ or TOEIC 800+)
  • From 1 year of work experience in sales, account management, customer service, e-commerce, or related fields is preferred
  • Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Proven confident in communicating, negotiating, and closing deals with international clients.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and genuine passion for sales career.
  • Resilient, and able to work independently in a target-oriented environment.

Compensation Structure:

  • Base Salary: From 12 million VND/month (Negotiable based on skills and qualifications)
  • Commission: Competitive and attractive incentive for each service and recurring clients

Working Hours & Probation:

  • Probation Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 5 days/week (on-site).
  • Official Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 6 days/week (on-site).
  • Probation Period: Up to 2 months, during which both sides assess fit.
