We’re expanding our Vietnam team and looking for an E-Commerce Purchasing Specialist to manage supplier relationships, optimize costs, and ensure smooth stock flow. Your decisions will directly impact business performance, product strategy, and operational efficiency across our global e-commerce network.

1. Supplier Management & Product Sourcing

Analyze supplier offers to identify cost-effective and high-potential products.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and timelines with suppliers to ensure optimal margins.
Maintain and strengthen long-term supplier relationships for stable collaboration.

2. Order & Stock Management

Place and track purchase orders to maintain a healthy and timely product flow.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate and on-time deliveries.
Keep records of purchase orders and supplier transactions for tracking and reporting.

3. Issue Handling

Resolve order discrepancies or shipment issues with suppliers and relevant platforms.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick, practical solutions when issues arise.

Proficiency in English is required (equivalent to IELTS 6.5+ or TOEIC 800+)
Proficiency in using Google Sheets and Google Drive.
High attention to detail, with strong organizational and time management ability.
Proactive mindset with a sense of ownership and accountability.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Working Hours & Probation:

Probation Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 5 days/week (on-site).
Official Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 6 days/week (on-site).
Probation Period: Up to 2 months, during which both sides assess fit.
