We are looking for a Senior Manager, Talent Development & Learning who will be in charge of Talent Development, Learning & Development, and Organisational Culture.
The role requires a minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in MNC and with exposure to international people practices. Real estate background is not required.
Responsibilities
Talent Development
Responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining an effective talent and learning strategy and framework
Partner with People & Culture Business Partners (PCBP) and business leaders to support succession planning initiatives, formulate career development and support PCBP in the talent conversations
Provide advisory support to leadership team in the management of talent growth and development
Partner with Group People & Culture team to lead in the global talent and leadership initiatives
Establish, track and draw insights from talent metrics (satisfaction, retention, development) to enhance talent development and engagement
Learning & Development
Lead in the annual learning needs exercise, design and implementation of learning interventions, skills roadmap to deepen domain capabilities
Lead and manage the entire process of new hires orientation, including design and delivery, leverage on digitalisation best practices to improve new hires’ experiences
Partner with the Group’s Policy owners to implement group-wide and mandatory programmes, and manage the end-to-end completion reporting
Design, develop and implement career development framework for target groups to support growth and progression
Responsible for the management of budget, policies and processes, data management on learning platforms (e.g. SuccessFactors)
Analyse learning metrics to demonstrate impact and effectiveness of initiatives, provide insights and reporting on regular basis
Organisational Culture
Assist in the roll out of Culture related programmes and initiatives to support Group’s purpose and values
Lead in the end-to-end organization of team and leadership engagement programmes, campaigns, workshops and retreats
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferably in HR studies, organisational development/psychology or a related field.
A minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in MNC and with exposure to international people practices. Real estate background is not required.
Proven experience in operationalizing talent and learning strategies and management of leadership development programme.
Excellent command of English, with both written & oral communication skills, presentation to effectively convey ideas and engage stakeholders
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a demonstrated ability in conceptualization.
Proven track-record of relationships building and confident in stakeholders management with business and leadership team
Able to work independently and lead teams in a fast-paced environment
Experience in managing digital learning platforms and technical knowledge in SAP Human Capital Management, specifically in the modules of Learning, Performance Management modules will be an advantage.
