Your role & responsibilities

OPERATION PERFORMANCE ASSESSING AND ANALYSING (60%)

  • Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly review and analysis of the performance of the business/ Operations department against the Target/Budget and the next action to achieve the target
  • Work closely with the Marketing/Sales/ Operations department to update the insight and any changes in the strategy and daily operation
  • Find out the issues, analyze the insight, and recommend the action needed to improve the business performance
  • Prepare the rolling forecast for the business result and verify the impact of all initiatives on the business
  • Maximize Marketing/Sales/ Operations contribution by working with the Group Finance team, acknowledging which campaigns, offers, partners, payouts are contributing the most to the Group's overall financial result to discuss with the Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams and have suitable plans;
  • Other adhoc assigned by line manager.

TARGET AND BUDGET (30%)

  • Involve in the process of proposing the Target from the Operations Department to the Group Finance Monthly/ Quarterly
  • Break down and assign the target to the Person in charge
  • Propose and monitor the budget of Special Projects to ensure the actual spending is in line with the budget approved
  • Involve in the process of monthly performance assessment and Bonus calculation for each team

BUILD SOP AND STREAMLINE PROCESSES CONTINUOUSLY (10%)

  • Building and maintaining SOP, aim for optimization and simplification; quarterly review to update on changes in process
  • Ensure the collaboration between Finance and Sales and Operations runs with conformity by establishing regulation and following the SOP.
  • Call and participate in meetings to build new processes, or streamline existing process in order to optimize the operational performance and thereby contribute to the financial performance of the Group

Your skills & qualifications
  • Education: Graduate from University at least; Major: Corporate Finance, Auditing, Accounting;
  • Experience: At least 3 years of relevant working experiences in the equivalent position;
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and relationships, reinforce necessary changes to leverage resources within the function and across the organization
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and to manage and prioritize multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Awareness of cultural differences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel (VBA, SQL preferred) and computer skills;
