- Translate business and marketing objectives into clear digital direction and priorities.
- Provide guidance on how content, visuals, messaging, and channels should be adapted for digital effectiveness.
- Ensure marketing activities are aligned with digital platform behavior, customer journey, and campaign objectives.
2. Performance Monitoring & Optimization
- Monitor and evaluate performance across digital channels (social, website, e-commerce, etc.).
- Analyze data to assess content effectiveness, creative performance, and channel efficiency.
- Identify performance gaps and recommend actionable improvements.
- Focus on answering: What is working? What is not? What should be optimized?
3. Content & Creative Optimization (Digital-driven)
- Provide recommendations to enhance content direction, visuals/creative assets, messaging, and SEO alignment.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Design teams to ensure outputs are optimized for performance, not just branding.
4. Cross-functional Advisory & Alignment
- Act as a bridge between Digital and other functions (Brand, Trade, Sales, E-commerce).
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness, sell-out performance, and customer engagement.
- Drive alignment across teams based on digital performance insights.
5. Digital Execution Support (Secondary Scope)
- Provide light support for execution when required (e.g., content posting, basic campaign setup, platform coordination).
- Ensure campaigns are properly launched, tracked, and measured. (Execution is supportive, not the main focus)
6. Process Improvement
- Optimize workflows between Digital and other marketing functions.
- Develop and maintain tracking frameworks and reporting templates.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
