Your role & responsibilities
  • Act as a point of contact between customers and partners to handle basic inquiries via inbound/outbound calls, email, chat, and messaging
  • Provide accurate, complete information by following the correct tools, processes and guidelines
  • Escalate and update any urgent or unusual cases promptly
  • Deliver high quality customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
  • Proactively learn and stay updated on customer service knowledge and relevant information

Your skills & qualifications
  • Graduated from High school or equivalent academic level
  • Fluency in English (Speaking, listening, writing, and reading) - working 100% English.
  • Hardworking, diligent, and proactive in work.
