Technical Expertise
- Age: 35-50
- Minimum 4+ years in senior management (CTO, VP Engineering)
- US Market Experience: Experience implementing SaaS in the US market (requirement)

- Ability to build business cases and ROI calculations for technology investments
- Knowledge of procurement processes and negotiation with software/hardware vendors

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related fields
- MBA or management certifications are a plus
