Technical Expertise
- Age: 35-50
- Minimum 4+ years in senior management (CTO, VP Engineering)

- Knowledge of procurement processes and negotiation with software/hardware vendors

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related fields
- MBA or management certifications are a plus
