Your role & responsibilities
Direct Hotline counseling/receiving calls, emails, messages (email, chat, voice) from customers to answer questions, support to resolve customer complaints about products and services on the e-commerce platform.
Update information on the system.
Perform other duties as required by superiors.

Your skills & qualifications
Proficiency in Japanese (listening, speaking, reading, writing). Must have JLPT N1 certificate
Graduated High School or higher education.
Having experiences in customer services is an advantage.
Loud & clear voice.
