About Company
We’re looking for young, energetic, enthusiastic, analytical and creative individuals to join our Instech innovation teams. The ultimate objective of this team is to transform or improve the current systems, products and business processes, creating value for customers and employee. This role will be critical in contributing to the future direction and growth of the company and the investments in new or emerging technologies.
Essential Responsibilities:
- This role will work on a number of projects and initiatives with partner and customers at varying levels within the organization.
- Perform software testing and participate in proof of concept (POC) and prototyping activity
- Conduct research on emerging technologies, competitor offerings, external market
- Identify and provide the right enabling technologies to facilitate day-to-day innovation activities
- Assist with innovation projects, help design and create innovative technical solutions.
Your skills & qualifications
Your Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Data Science/Business Management
- At least two (2) years related experience (Systems Analysis / Business Analysis / Process improvement experience is preferable)
- Strategic, analytic and creative thinker
- Some knowledge and experience with various database technologies
- Demonstrated experience in assessing technology with focus on experimentation and data-driven decision making such as Artificial Intelligent, Machine Learning, Chat bot, Blockchain…
- Good communications and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task. Work well in team environment, as well as, independently
- Risk takers, Self-starters and ambitious professionals with both technical and commercial acumen
