Your role & responsibilities
Data Analysis & Reporting
Analyze sales, marketing, supply chain, and customer data.
Monitor KPIs like product performance, market share, and customer behavior.
Use tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau for data visualization.
Market & Consumer Insights
Identify market trends and consumer preferences.
Support marketing and product teams with customer segmentation and targeting strategies.
Evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and promotions.
Demand & Sales Forecasting
Work closely with supply chain and sales teams to forecast demand.
Help ensure optimal inventory levels and reduce stockouts/overstocks.
Business Strategy & Decision Support
Provide actionable insights to support strategic decisions.
Evaluate pricing strategies, product launches, and market entry initiatives.
Perform competitor and SWOT analyses.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with departments such as sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain.
Translate business needs into technical requirements for Octopus teams.
Process Improvement
Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies.
Recommend and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.

Your skills & qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Have more 2 years of experience in business analysis, strategy, or operations support roles (in FMCG preferred).
Strong analytical, mathematical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in data tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau).
