About Company
Your role & responsibilities
1. Business Analysis
- Work with different teams (US/Vietnam/Philippines) to understand e-Commerce business.
- Research popular e-Commerce systems based on Experts’ guidelines, attract their main business models/ideas, then discussing with the team and giving ideas/opinions.
- Work closely with the Vietnam team to draw wireframes, write functional specifications.
- Create/Monitor Jira tickets and manage the documents.
- Detailed out business logics for the development team.
- Prepare the corresponding documents for the result of business analysis.
2. Documentation & Communication
- Prepare user requirement, workflow, corresponding business process flow, data store requirement, etc. for the development of systems or business processes.
- Discuss/communicate with key users/stakeholders to ensure the requirements fully documented and communicated properly.
3. Training
- Work with the US/Philippines team to train new features, how the system works, etc.
- On board, show demo to users if they need
Your skills & qualifications
- Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
- At least 2 years of working experience in analyzing requirement for enterprise software project
- Experience in Scrum
- Experience working with Jira system
- Strong functional requirement interpretation skills
- Experience in e-Commerce, especially Shopify is a big plus.
