• Designing and supervising printing of proposals and communication publications (internal/external) such as poster, brochure, banner, standee, cover photos, infographics…for company’ campaigns or staff activities & products.
• Creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements and user feedback. Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experience.
• Discuss with the team to analyze and identify UX problems, regular review and refine UX/UI for improvement and refreshment.
• Work with the project team to illustrate new features and changes to app/web features by site maps, wireframes, and user flow diagrams.
• Collaborating effectively with product, technical and management teams.

Kỹ năng và chuyên môn

• At least 2 years of professional work experience in UX/UI field with confirmed examples.
• Strong understanding and passion for the importance of design thinking & interest in emotional design; has a clear and strong understanding of the importance of user-centered design.
• Familiar with the fundamental UX of major platforms: iOS, Android, Web, Desktop OS.
• Financial, Banking industry knowledge is preferred.
• Being proficient use of Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma…or other visual design tools.
• Ability to conceptualize and develop visual concepts.
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details. Open-minded, willing to learn & proactive, can work independently as well as in a team.
• Hard work, commitment, able to work well under pressure.
