Your role & responsibilities
Designing and supervising printing of proposals and communication publications (internal/external) such as poster, brochure, banner, standee, cover photos, infographics…for company’ campaigns or staff activities & products.
Creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements and user feedback. Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experience.
Discuss with the team to analyze and identify UX problems, regular review and refine UX/UI for improvement and refreshment.
Work with the project team to illustrate new features and changes to app/web features by site maps, wireframes, and user flow diagrams.
Collaborating effectively with product, technical and management teams.
Your skills & qualifications
At least 2 years of professional work experience in UX/UI field with confirmed examples.
Strong understanding and passion for the importance of design thinking & interest in emotional design; has a clear and strong understanding of the importance of user-centered design.
Familiar with the fundamental UX of major platforms: iOS, Android, Web, Desktop OS.
Financial, Banking industry knowledge is preferred.
Being proficient use of Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma…or other visual design tools.
Ability to conceptualize and develop visual concepts.
A keen eye for aesthetics and details. Open-minded, willing to learn & proactive, can work independently as well as in a team.
Hard work, commitment, able to work well under pressure.
