Trách nhiệm công việc

  • Provides supervision to the team of developers in Application/ Web Development
  • Mentoring, coaching, coordination as well as providing technical leadership.
  • Project estimations, Project Management (Schedule, Bugs, and Quality management)
  • Negotiation with customers
  • Manages the project to ensure that it is completed within the stipulated timeline while ensuring that work done meets the requirements and quality.
  • Motivating and developing the team.
  • Other assignments from the Manager.

Kỹ năng và chuyên môn

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT or a relevant major.
  • From 2 years of working experience as Technical Leader, Team Leader for the Japanese market.
  • Experience in project estimation, progress management, quality management, etc.
  • Extensive experience with back-end technologies including C#, .NET, GraphQL, JSON, XML, and Web API.
  • Solid experience with databases like Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and Redis.
  • Familiar with software development life cycles such as Waterfall, and Agile methodology.
  • Experience in making specifications and testing specifications.
  • Willingness to troubleshoot and solve complex problems.
  • Japanese is a must (JLPT N4+)
  • Leadership skills.
