Senior Quality Control Officer (Digital Product, E-commerce Services)

Job purpose:

  • Doing as Digital Products Quality Control on online trading products including Web trading, Mobile Trading in Securities field.
  • Use test tools to create and execute detailed test cases/scripts before go- live and launching.
  • Coordinate with the programming team in fixing bugs and reporting details to the Project Manager or other stakeholders depending on the project.
  • Design test cases for software based on project requirements, make testing reports, manage documents related to testing activities.
  • Create testing guidelines and standards.
  • Propose solutions to fix bugs and avoid bugs.
  • Closely cooperate with the Developer team in testing activities. Support the related department to use online trading products conveniently.
  • Coordinate with IT department and vendors to implementation the online trading products.
  • Operating, maintaining the online trading products in a stable manner. 
  • All KPIs and detailed scope of work will be assigned by Head of E-commerce Services ’s department; 
  • Implement the arising work by the Head of department.

Trách nhiệm công việc

Maintain trading platforms

  • Manage, operate, monitor the stability of the Online Platforms.
  • Maintain system daily operations & give advise to any issue occurred.

Develop trading platforms

  • Enhance online platforms more friendly and convenient to users
  • Share/assign tasks on update packages as well as supervise work of assignees and keep them up-to-date with their work with the aim that shared tasks are completed as per plan.

Incident Management

  • Manage incident to track tickets, follow the resolution and related papers/reports.
  • Propose solutions to fix bugs and avoid bugs.

Digital Product reports/ documents

  • Supply reports within enough datas on time.
  • Make the documents to align with Change Management related to fix bugs, enhancement, new products.

Kỹ năng và chuyên môn

  • University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related fields (Major in Economics/Finance/Banking/ is advantage).
  • Have good knowledge of all functions and aspects of the product.
  • Proficient in using measuring tools and analyzing results.
  • At least 3 years of experience in software product testing.
  • Have basic knowledge of computers, basic office software, software installation, internet usage.
  • Good knowledge of stock market is advantage.
  • Know how to use bug tracking tools.
  • Have programming knowledge: SQL, HTML, CSS
