• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and implement QA strategies and best practices.
• Create comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project requirements and user stories.
• Execute test cases across various platforms to identify and report defects.
• Conduct exploratory testing to discover potential issues and assess overall product quality.
• Identify opportunities for test automation and implement automated test scripts.
• Maintain and enhance existing test automation frameworks to ensure reliability.
• Perform regular regression testing to verify the integrity of existing functionality.
• Collaborate with the infrastructure team to conduct performance testing.
• Utilize bug tracking tools to document, track, and prioritize defects. (JIRA)
• Generate and present comprehensive QA reports to stakeholders.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and propose process improvements.

Kỹ năng và chuyên môn

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a QA Specialist or similar role, with at least 5 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript for test automation purposes.
• Familiarity with web technologies, databases, and API testing.
• Experience in testing e-commerce platforms (Magento experience is a plus).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible working from home (3 days at office)

Preferred:

• ISTQB certification or any other relevant QA certification is a plus.
• Magento 2 (Adobe Commerce) Certification(s) is a plus.
• Experience with other e-commerce platforms and CMS is advantageous.
