As a Senior QA Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products and services. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining our high standards and enhancing the overall user experience.

Your role & responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and implement QA strategies and best practices.
Create comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project requirements and user stories.
Execute test cases across various platforms to identify and report defects.
Conduct exploratory testing to discover potential issues and assess overall product quality.
Identify opportunities for test automation and implement automated test scripts.
Maintain and enhance existing test automation frameworks to ensure reliability.
Perform regular regression testing to verify the integrity of existing functionality.
Collaborate with the infrastructure team to conduct performance testing.
Utilize bug tracking tools to document, track, and prioritize defects. (JIRA)
Generate and present comprehensive QA reports to stakeholders.
Stay up to date with industry trends and propose process improvements.

Your skills & qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a QA Specialist or similar role, with at least 5 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium).
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript for test automation purposes.
Familiarity with web technologies, databases, and API testing.
Experience in testing e-commerce platforms (Magento experience is a plus).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Proven ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible working from home (3 days at office)
Preferred:
ISTQB certification or any other relevant QA certification is a plus.
Magento 2 (Adobe Commerce) Certification(s) is a plus.
Experience with other e-commerce platforms and CMS is advantageous.
