• Manage software development project including but not limited to project planning, project budgeting, resource management, risk management, quality management
• Coordinate with Resource Manager, sales, onshore teams, and clients for staffing needs, and collaborate with Technical Architect on technical matters.
• Work with IT/Admin to set up infrastructure when required, such as network connectivity and office space.
• Collaborate with the QA group to define and implement software development processes, train team members, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and CMM standards.
• Ensure projects meet clients' requirements and satisfaction by coordinating with other project parties, including clients, QA, and QC
• Manage project budget via quotation and monthly timesheet
• Organize a united team where all team members can communicate & contribute on assigned activities
• Participate in the quarterly check point and annual review for all project’s members
• Participate in company’s soft skill training or workshop
• Participate in client visit preparation and hosting
• Bid support including but not limited to gathering requirement, providing estimation and planning
• Perform additional tasks as requested by the BOD

Kỹ năng và chuyên môn

• At least 2 years of experience in application development on the relevant platform.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in an IT-related field. PMP certification is a plus.
• Proficient in English for direct communication with onshore teams and clients.
• Extensive experience in at least one project management methodology (e.g., Agile/Scrum, Waterfall) and familiarity with others.
• Experience in at least one software development lifecycle and understanding of others.
• Proven track record of managing fixed-price projects.
• Skilled in monitoring project quality, risk management, and EVM concepts.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, with a positive "can do" attitude.
• Highly organized and responsible.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently
