Encourage, empower, and coach everyone on the team on Agile/Scrum practices (with a keen focus on the organization’s Scrum Masters and Product Owners), striving to unlock the potential in everyone.

Trách nhiệm công việc

1. Maintaining and Coaching Agile/Scrum practices:

  • Work with all squads to advise and oversee performance against Agile processes
  • Coach the Scrum Masters on setting up of Agile ceremonies, incl. stand-ups, sprint planning and retrospectives and adoption of Scrum/SAFe framework in the bank
  • Coach the Agile team and PO on Agile processes
  • Maintains Agile artifacts, monitors team performance and help identify continuous improvement opportunities/best practices to progress the work
  • Identifies & implements organization-wide agile practices that benefit the scrum teams
  • Helps the Scrum master and scrum team to come up with a clear plan and mutually commit to achieve its plan
  • Work with organisational resources outside the team to remove impediments and protect them from organisational bureaucracy

2. Building Agile Culture:

  • Enforce Agile values and practices at the tribe/squad level, and ensure that the team is fully functional, productive, and focused on goal
  • Foster a collaborative culture and ensure the team regularly celebrates success
  • Actively works with the scrum master to create and maintain the culture within the Agile
  • Squads based on the organisation & Agile leadership behaviours
  • Ensures that work of Scrum team is acknowledged and accounted for
  • Acts as a coach for new Agile Coaches that join the organization

Kỹ năng và chuyên môn

1. Domain expertise:

  • Mastery of Agile practices and ways of working
  • Ability to influence behaviour without formal organizational hierarchy
  • Excellent communication and people-interaction skills
  • Agile Team Facilitation/Associate Certified
  • Coach/Scrum Master certification preferred

2. Agile experience:

  • Practical experience implementing Agile practices in squads
  • Experience working as a Scrum Master/PO in a bank/fintech
  • Proven understanding of Scrum/SAFe frameworks along with good knowledge of business and technology
  • Experience in people management/people enablement role - being an enabler of others, relentlessly identifying & removing obstacles
