Job Responsibilities

As a Tech Lead, your responsibility is to support our company's mission by delivering high-quality technology solutions that meet our operational needs and drive customer satisfaction.

• Building and Leading the IT Team: Construct and lead an IT team comprising 4-5 developers.  Ensure the team remains at the forefront of technological advancements, particularly in software development, cloud computing, and API integration.
• Managing Projects and Ensuring Success: Direct a team of developers to guarantee the on-time and high-quality completion of projects across various domains, including:

• • Merchant Solutions Development: Take charge of the maintenance of our API, manage API integrations for both new and existing e-commerce platforms, and develop additional customer-facing features.
  • Fulfillment & Stock System: Oversee the development and integration of order management systems (OMS) with fulfillment centers and production equipment. 
  • Billing System Management: Enhance and maintain payment solutions, tackle global taxation challenges, and devise innovative solutions for our Finance & Accounting Team. Work on encryption and data protection measures to secure financial transactions. 
  • Cross-Department Support: Collaborate with Warehousing & Fulfillment, Shipping, and other teams to enhance fulfillment services and tools.

• Manage IT Engineering teams' work plans, assign tasks, and oversee work products, methods, and procedures. Ensure alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy.
• Communicate on and report operations and project statuses. Follow-up on issues and actions to be taken
• Whenever necessary, research new or emerging technologies and solutions, give recommendations, build proofs of concept, and conduct training.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (or above) in IT or related fields, with a preference for candidates from top-tier universities.
• At least 3 years of experience as a leader in e-commerce or IT sectors.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experienced in database management (SQL, NoSQL) and API development.
• Familiar with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Proficient in structured project management methodologies, including Scrum and Agile.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English with outstanding presentation abilities.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects.
