  • Full development cycle of an app-based product for our end users (students).
  • Closely workingwith cross-functional stakeholders: academic, engineering, design, project manager, etc. to gather all necessary requirements and create an impactful product solution.
  • Sketching/designing product prototypes, writing PRD and keeping good track of weekly/monthly deliverables
  • Gaining in-depth understanding and valid insights into our users unmet needs and pain points by regularly speaking to and testing out our MVP product/features directly with them.
  • Identifying and working with external partners and thirdparties where applicable.

Job Responsibilities

  • At least 4 years of product management experience and track records in product management, project management, preferably digital (web/app) products on the client side (in-house product)
  • Familiar with Learning Content Management System (LCMS) or Virtual Classroom System (VCS) to provide a seamless and user-friendly experience to teachers, learners and related stakeholders within the platform.
  • Possess a logical and systematic thinking that effectively facilitates your stakeholders to build and develop a well-structured and optimal system.
  • Having great interest and familiarity with mobile/web games design and development (gamification/game-based concept) is highly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience in cross-functional stakeholders understanding, gathering requirements, prioritizing, working on decent PRDs, product backlogs and getting things done on time and to perfection.
  • Good knowledge of UI/UX is a PLUS.
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills to successfully work with cross-functional teams in both English and Vietnamese.
